China participates in revision of crane international standard for the first time

Recently, the international standard proposal "Crane Terminology Part 4: Boom Crane", which was put forward by Beijing Institute of Crane and Transportation Machinery Design (hereinafter referred to as Beiqi Institute), was formally voted by 19 P member countries (formal members) and passed by ISO/TC96“ Technical Committee of Crane & rdquo, which realized the formulation of crane terminology led by China. The breakthrough of zero international standard for heavy machinery marks that China has gradually grasped the highest international voice in crane standards.

Increased to the international standard ISO 5053-1:2015 for industrial vehicles, China has continuously renewed its historic breakthroughs in participating in the international standardization of lifting and transportation machinery.
