Introduction to the Folding Arm Intelligent Lifting Device MRH-X3
This series is upgraded from the straight arm rotary arm crane and intelligent
hoist, and has any characteristics of a light rotary arm crane. It can perform nonlinear work above a work unit, so it is called a folding arm intelligent lifting device or MRH-X3< Br/>
The folding arm intelligent lifting device MRH-X3 has microprocessor based logic technology, replacing traditional pneumatic logic. Therefore, MRH-X3 is not limited by typical pneumatic machinery technology, and can achieve better performance< Br/>
This series is more compact and lightweight than traditional robotic arms, allowing operators to move materials faster and with higher accuracy. Due to its control system, for instantaneous changes in load, there is no need for the operator to manually adjust the switch. As long as the sliding handle is gently grasped and the material itself is extracted and transferred to the desired direction, the operator can lift the load< Br/>
The folding arm intelligent lifting device EIK has a handling capacity ranging from 80-300kg (including the weight of fixtures or slings). There are two operating modes:
1. Sliding handle mode: Equipped with a sliding handle (sensing handle), the internal components of the sensing handle are sealed and equipped with a pressure (photoelectric) sensor, which can sense the vertical force signal in real-time to control the direction and speed of the system's operation up and down. The operation sensing handle detects the longitudinal operating force of the operator (≤ 10N); The required operating force can be changed by adjusting the sensitivity of the sensing handle< Br/>
2. Suspension mode: The full suspension up and down travel shall not be less than 2.5 meters. The intelligent lifting device has a self balancing function in a suspended state, and the operator does not need to control the equipment itself and the handle. They only need to control the workpiece to easily achieve the lifting and lowering of the workpiece. The system will detect the weight of the workpiece in real-time, whether it increases or decreases in weight, to maintain its balance< Br/>
